Return & warranty
Clear terms, written down.
Every ISWARD robotic mower carries a manufacturer warranty against factory defects. Below is what that covers, what it does not, and how a return is handled.
Covered by warranty
- Factory defects in hardware under normal installation and operation
- Drive, cutting and navigation faults that appear within the warranty period
- Battery capacity loss beyond the normal degradation curve
Not covered
- Damage from incorrect installation, wrong voltage or improper storage
- Collision damage, modification, or repair attempted by unauthorised workshops
- Normal wear of consumables such as blades, brushes, filters and cables
- Damage from flooding, lightning or other events outside the machine's rating
How a return is handled
- 1. Contact support before sending anything back. Send the model, serial number, purchase date and a short description with photos or video of the fault.
- 2. We review the case and confirm whether it is a warranty repair, a paid repair or a return. Each case is assessed individually.
- 3. Goods returned must be complete, with original accessories and packaging. Return shipping is normally paid by the buyer unless the unit arrived defective.
After-sales support
Spare parts are held for every model in the range, for dealers and end users alike. If a machine develops a fault, official guides and troubleshooting support come from the same team that sells it — no separate service desk to chase.
Dealers can also order parts in advance of the season, so a repair does not wait on a shipment. Ask the sales team for the wear-part list for the models you carry.
Need a wear-part list for your stock?
We can send the parts list and current lead times for the models you sell.
