Certification and supply terms

GX units comply with EU CE, EMC, RoHS and RED directives. Full certification documents are available for partners who need them for customs, marketplace listing or a tender.

MOQ is one unit and dropshipping is supported, so a dealer can test the model before committing to stock. Bulk orders leave our EU warehouse within 1–10 working days by DPD, with tracking issued on dispatch.

The dealer package includes long-term spare parts supply, technical documentation (installation, slope operation, troubleshooting), ready-to-use marketing assets such as product photos, spec sheets and demo videos, and a stable, transparent price structure.

What changed for 2026

• The flip-top cover is gone, a higher-performance chip replaces the previous board, and the structure has been reinforced with improved waterproofing.
• A boundary-following function trims along edges for a more complete finish.
• The charging dock no longer has to be fixed into the lawn — it can sit on any suitable ground nearby.

Central cutting disc, wider pass

The GX places the cutting disc in the middle of the deck at 2,200 rpm, so the 235 mm path sits square under the body. On large open lawns that means fewer passes over the same ground and a shorter job overall — around 2.6 hours for 2,500 m².

Wire-free setup, mapped from the app

No manual wiring is needed. Pair the machine with the app, drive or walk the boundary once, and the mower stores up to 20 lawn boundaries, exclusion zones and paths that connect separate areas.

Theft protection and remote locking

Several layers work together: PIN access before the machine will start, an alarm, pairing with its own charging station, and GPS tracking. A stolen unit can be locked remotely from the app.

When the RTK signal weakens

The GX switches into a surveillance mode and keeps working from its AI camera, finding the best remaining path instead of stopping at the edge of satellite coverage.

Warranty and service

Full product warranty runs 3 years, including the main control unit and key components. Battery, wheel hub motor, GPS kit, vision module, RTK reference station and charging station are covered for 2 years. Consumables such as the cutting disk, tyres and shell are covered only where a manufacturing defect is the cause. A 1-year extension is available at €199 per year.
